PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Liz Lang Production is hiring a full-time Production Coordinator to join the Los Angeles team. In this role, you will work alongside senior staff to serve clients worldwide.

The Production Coordinator serves clients and the production team as the central person to all projects. The best candidates are exceptional planners, detail-oriented, have an innate ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a concierge style approach to work, and are adept at handling the many personalities and needs of crew, clients, artists, and talent.

RESPONSIBILITES
You are your own best manager:
• Conduct daily check-in with your assigned producer and production manager and manage any assigned assistant teammates with kindness and respect
• Management of a personal calendar that is aligned with the Liz Lang Creative project calendar
• Oversee specific and measurable goals for career development
You know exactly what’s needed for every production to be flawless:
• Coordinating with vendors and crew on shoot details both pre and post-shoot
• Creating and maintaining crew tracker per project
• Calling in model/stand-in/double packages and facilitating the editing and creation of selects for client review
• Hire and oversee all needed set production assistants per budget for project
• Facilitate permitting and location scouting
• Build and distribute crew lists, call sheets, and travel memos to crew and clients
• Build and distribute creative talent memos for all on-camera talent
• Provide production assistance on set
You ensure the job site and office are set up for success:
• Review all location and studio spaces for optimal usage and layout, including all production-related orders, including supplies, vehicles, and location support teams
• Providing miscellaneous office support
• Oversee equipment inventory and the upkeep/maintenance of office space
• Oversee production kits
• Ensure office space remains in order, inspired and organized for maximum productivity
You make sure people get paid, and financial documents are accounted for:
• Assists the wrapping of all projects by collecting and organizing receipts and invoices
• Assist with all crew payroll timecards with a strong understanding of all digital and analog payroll paperwork rules and regulations
• Ensures that all crew, vendors, models are paid in accordance with contracts and state laws
• Creating and maintaining all financial and wrap trackers and logs
• Coordinates on sending and receiving all necessary information with bookkeeper
• Ensures all insurance-related documents are current and available when needed
• Organize and categorize all digital and paper documentation per project
Compensation:
• $70,304 – $71,890 yearly (paid every 2 weeks)
• $200/mo insurance stipend
• $15/mo technology kit fee
• 401k eligible after 1 year with 3% employer match minimum
• All holidays paid + 5 days paid vacation (over and above company hiatus periods)
• Per Diem for travel jobs
Requirements:
• 2++ years in high-end executive/corporate assistant or production assistant role
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Current Passport (travel required)
• In office work in Redondo Beach office location – 5 days a week to start, pending shoot schedule, and some weekends required if on set/location.
